How your order is prepared

Every order is assembled by hand in small batches and wrapped in ritual packaging. Please allow 1–2 days for preparation before dispatch — the care is part of the practice.

Damaged in transit

If a potion or item arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost. The door stays open.

Personalized rituals

Because they are crafted for you alone, personalized rituals are non-refundable. We will adjust the practice within the agreed scope if something is not right.
